'y Axis min' and 'y Axis max' breaks visualisation when using multi y Axis

Hello,

Created an chart with two series, type Column and type Line using left and right y Axis. In the query the is also a filter added. Defining the y Axis min and max does break my visualisation. Is there any way of defining the min and max value for the chart's left and right Axis?

The UI for editing charts is being redone and this will be taken care of this update. 

You can follow https://github.com/getredash/redash/pull/672 to get updates on what it gets merged.
