so the question can be restated as: how can be used Android widgets and services from C?

Thats is a little more general than make a word for a needed service. May be you can think of a word for every Android service, another for some wide class of widgets, etc.  Then in r4 may be one can write the "high level" interface to those services and widgets.

I don't know

My forth aproach is try to minimize the OS calls, for this reason I uses a screen buffer and paint all.. I not need native GUI, I render all the gui elements.

yes, you can choose, When I work in a GPS map in a Wince device, I write 2 words for comunicate with the serial port, only for this project.

I guess the NDK part are the not easy.
