Minutes of the Meeting held on 19th March 2013

In Saksham, contacting shops in Pilani for sponsorship has not yielded any fruitful results and thus the focus is now on contacting startups(for sponsorship) as well as talking to the Birla schools for waste paper.

In the Data Project, the main focus is on finding out who the likely clients will be and what is the scope of the new venture.

Work allotted for Saksham 

Dhairik :Prepare the final draft of the mailer and start contacting the startups.

Dhruva and Manaswi : Talk to BPS regarding waste paper.

Pankhuri and Manaswi : Talk to BBV.

Work allotted for the data project

Gaurav and Nandan : Talk to NSS and find out about their Computer Literacy Program.

Dhairik and Rachit : Find out the demographics of the Jhunjhunu region.

Rachit: Prepare the Startup list.

Manaswi : Do a case study on a digitization project.
