red5.sh/bat failed to start

It seems I have issues with red5.sh/bat scripts after fixing https://code.google.com/p/red5/issues/detail?id=364

It seems the -XX:+OptimizeStringConcat breaks red5.sh/bat on Windows/Ubuntu

Windows 7 x64 Ent.
java version "1.7.0_15"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0_15-b03)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 23.7-b01, mixed mode)

java version "1.6.0_31"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_31-b05)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 20.6-b01, mixed mode, sharing)

The exact message:
Starting Red5
Unrecognized VM option 'OptimizeStringConcat'
Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.

Ubuntu 12.10
Linux antares 3.5.0-26-generic #42-Ubuntu SMP Fri Mar 8 23:20:06 UTC 2013 i686 i686 i686 GNU/Linux

Maybe this option can be removed?

Yes, you can remove it; ill also pull it out of the file in the repo to prevent confusion.

This optimization present in red5.bat, red5.sh, red5-highperf.sh as well

Hello Paul,

recently users are complaining red5-highperf.sh does not working:

Running on  Linux

Starting Red5

Error occurred during initialization of VM

Too small initial heap for new size specified

The script is fixed by removing -Xmn512m option (already removed from *.bat file)

Could you please  update red5-highperf.sh in repository?
