Start by removing one of those colons; try http://localhost:5080/

Clearly it is a safety problem of w2008, from another computer I gain access correctly.

If you think its a firewall or similar issue, you can change the port in red5 by setting this property
http.port=5080
in
conf/red5.properties
to
http.port=80
