radio, TV streaming with red5

Hi All,

I am new on this mailing list.
I would like to learn about how to do radio or TV streaming using Red5:

-How to record the audio/video from the TV or radio to send data to Red5 server.
-How should be the internet connexion?
-How to reach many mobile devices such as iphone, ipad, smartphone andoid.

Is it legal to collect data (audio/video) from satellite reception  and do streaming ?
