希希我那天开会的本子忘记带回来了，我根据印象提了几个问题TAT原谅我啊~~~~
Generally
1 What's the most important point that make you decide to choose our project? The attraction of SH? Looking forward to doing public programs?
2 Have you ever read anything about the old in China? In your opinion,why we will hold such a project? What do you think about your job and your meaning in it?
Teaching Ability
1 It is really a big problem that some old people cannot understand what you mean,even you have explained for many times.And if this causes you cannot continue your teaching plan,what will you do?
2 Supposed now we want to hold an activity with the old and some EPs to promote the relationship between you and also the activity should be meaningful and the old have the energy to enjoy it. What can you think of? With your past experience,say everything you've thought of.
3 I know that if you do this,you can try your best to do well.But sometimes you will meet unavoidable problems. And you are late to have a lesson. You know that Chinese are serious about punctuality. So if this happened unfortunately,what will you do at first?
Independence Ability
1 Since you will be in SH for more than 6 weeks,so when you feel bored or even cannot bear the life that you have to handle with everything by yourself, what will you do?
2 As you know, you will live in SH with 6~8 people from different countries, it cannot be avoided that you'll have some dissatisfaction with others. What will you do?

If the first lesson is planned by yourself,please say something from your preparation to the course content and to the ending.(考察他上课前会不会考虑老人要什么，还有上完课会不会主动去问老人课上的怎么样啊~)
