[Red-R: 23] Grammar of Graphics Plotter

We have been experimenting with a Grammar of Graphics Plotter widget.
This is still in the experimental phase but initial testing shows that
we are able to make a plot and apply layers to it. At the moment the
code doesn't exist to remove layers but that will come later. If
anyone is interested get the latest nightly build on the developers
track and give it a try.

I would appreciate any suggestions an how to make the widget look
better and be more functional. There are a lot of layers available to
a user, so should those all be in one place or should there be
different categories or some kind of "wizard" that guides one through
the plotting?
