Since we will all be bringing 200lbs of stuff, has anyone figured out a location to ship it to before the event so we don't have to pay the huge airline fee and deal with the TSA ripping through the stuff?
Similarly the tools that we get to keep regardless do you think Redbull has arranged for shipping of these or will we be responsible?. The competition ends on Sunday so coordinating shipping of this stuff might be interesting.

It's about 11 hours from Detroit to NYC, so I'm planning to just drive
it. No TSA on Toyota. :)
Needless to say, I've asked for the next few days off work to allow
some rest before trying to drive home.
If you're shipping stuff from farther away, look into palletizing it
and using an LTL service, assuming someone at Red Bull can provide a
delivery address to accept it. And/or arrive before it so you can take
delivery yourself. :)
UShip might be interesting, but I've never really used their service.
