gloves, goggles, knee pads part of 200lbs?

to Red Bull Creation Challenge
we just want to verify if these extra personal items are part of the
200 lbs? we have our own gloves and other safety equipment that was
not listed and we would like to know the viewpoint on these.

NO! just your tools and raw materials are counted towards your team's 200lbs.
*And remember we have Lincoln providing gloves/helmets/jackets for the general tool shop.
Safety 3rd gear
13 each: Lincoln Auto darkening welding helmets
20 each: pair Lincoln Redline safety glasses
24 each: pair Lincoln Redline Mig welding gloves
24 each: Lincoln Redline Doo Rags
24 each: Lincoln Redline Hats
