RBC- Can you have Runners?

hi!

I know a lot of you are considering having runners on hand during the
build.

The RBC crew is pushing for teams to do everything by themselves, BUT
we said you could source materials by any means possible, including
having deliveries made. So, if that's the case, it would fall within
those parameters to have one person, on the outside, designated to
bring you things (which in essence is a runner).

To stay true to the spirit of this competition, you and your teammates
should be the first ones to determine the location of the materials/
resources... Meaning, you can find it at a shop and have it delivered
or have someone go get it, but if it needs to be scavenged (you don't
know where it is yet), then you would need to do that yourself.

Please ask me questions about this..I want to make sure it's clear :)
