Plotting hashtags on google map?

Does anyone know a service that will plot twitter hashtags on a google map (using the embedded geolocation data?) 

1) If a team finds something interesting, but isn't going to use it, they could snap a picture, and tag it #RBCreation.  Then teams can monitor the google map to see if they can use that item.

2) It would be neat to get average NY'ers involved, having them tweet neat stuff that they've found.
