RECAP September 7th Meeting

Sorry for the reall!y late update guys!

 

Butttt thanks to those of you who came to the last meeting :)

We discusse plans for over the next year and we decided on a basic outline

• We would have small fundraisers throughout the year (maybe around holidays...? Did we decide on that, it wasn't clear to me XD)
• Our first fundraiser (Looking toward October 21st?) is a bakesale, which will potentially be held at St. Jude's Church (still yet to be confirmed..)
• October 19th and 20th possibly be baking days
• Then one bigger event at the end of the year
• All money would ultimately go to Disabled Childrens Relief Fund (cause we decided on last year but never got to :P)

If anyone has any other ideas or knows any other volunteering events out there that requests groups or lots of people, feel free to post on the google groups and maybe some of us can help out? :DD

HEY GUYS OKAY SO ignore the subject

my parents blocked google groups so sorry...i had to access it through email XP

SO just a reminder, meeting this friday! October 5th! And I just realized we don't have school...but the only meetings times open was 3:30-5:00 XD so meeting october 5th redmond library 3:30-5:00! thanks guys!
