April 4 2012 WEDNESDAY Meeting :)

Hi everyone!

We're going to have a meeting on April 4 2012 from 3:30-5:30 pm :) For those of you who can make it, you should definitely come :) If not, that's okay too! We're gonna be organizing the coin drive and figuring out whos going to be in charge of promoting, counting money, etc. Though lots of you might be on vacation or something, we'll keep you guys updated and if you have email access it'd be great if you could post any ideas or thoughts you may have :) or a preference of how you want to help (promoting or counting $ -->details still yet to come after meeting too) 

Hopefully, we can have the meeting in meeting room 1 at the Redmond Library, BUT we're still approval is still pending for the room...and it takes three days... XP so. We MAY have to move the meeting someplace else nearby--maybe RHS outside (if weather permits :D) or like Starbucks (depending on number of ppl) or like someplace like that!

So for those of you who are planning to come, it'd be great if you could RSVP to the post :) Even if you don't rsvp you can still come but you should rsvp so we know about how many people are gonna come :) thanks!

I know i havent had any chance to come to any meeting, volleyball and being sick. But honestly wednesday my family and i might be going out of the state to oregon to visit some friends so im not sure. Soooo sorry

Hi, I probably won't be able to come to this meeting (it depends on what time I get back to Redmond) but if we have another meeting over break I'll most likely be able to go. Sorry I can't come,

Alright well, so far it seems like it'll just be me, Jennifer, Kelly, and Catherine--For those of you who can't make it, that's totally okay and we'll make sure to keep you posted on what happens, all we ask is that you check back on the Google Group frequently:) 

Just in case anything last minute happens and you are able to make it, we would really appreciate it if you could email us beforehand--The reason for this is that with a smaller group we're considering shifting over to Starbucks or someplace like that, so we want to make sure that we know who to wait for in case we do that. 

Also @Catherine & Kelly: I think Jennifer's bringing a laptop, but if either of you want to as well, that would be awesome :D

Redmond Library in front of the meeting rooms! (: We can decide what to do from there, because the main thing we need to know is whether our request for the meeting rooms have been approved or not. 

@Kelly: Starbucks is actually walking distance from the library (super close) but oh okay. Well, whatever happens, we'll make sure that no matter what we're back at the library by 5:30.
