thanks for your message
i think Aug 10 will be just right for you - it is aimed at people who are returning to cycling and need a boost of confidence.
the taster is free - it is a taster so we hope you will get bitten by the 'bug', tell your friends and attend our cycle training sessions later in the year to train to level 1 and 2 Bikeability - it is likely these sessions will be charged but we can let you know nearer the time of course.

i will check with Dorothy about the bike - i am sure there will be a suitable machine about that you can borrow - if not i am sure Ruth wouldn't mind sharing hers!!

i look forward to seeing you on the 10th - let me know if you need any more info
Phil

Hello Phil
I found the page of Recyce y bike with your name on it through talking to Ruth in the Byker workshop.  I hope you don't mind me E-mailing you.

I want to have some cycling training and wondered if the taster sessions you run would be appropriate.  I am an adult who has never cycled since childhood but having just come back from living in a country where cycling is a way of life and finding out that the North Tyneside waggonways are now all developed (that is where I live) I thought I would like to give it a go but I don't have any confidence.

The thing is I don't have a bike and wondered if it's possible to do the training by hiring one of the bikes from your workshop.  Could you tell me if this is possible please?

Also could you tell me what the cost is of your two hour taster session in August?

I would be grateful for your advice.

Many thanks

Yvonne Gardiner
