Phil

I expect to be there on Sunday. My brother in law has given me his old bike, which is more suitable to road/tarmac path use, so I plan to bring that one along since it is the one I am more likely to use to eventually cycle into work.

Thank you for your interest in Recyke y'bike adult cycle training

the next taster session will be on Sunday Sept 28 at 11.00-1.00

meet at Recyke y'bike workshop at 10.30 for a cuppa and a tweak of
your bike before setting off for a nearby traffic free surface to
start cycling.

this session will be flexible to meet the needs of trainees and would
suit absolute beginners, 'born again' cyclists and 'rusty pedallers',
male, female, young and not so young. There will be enough
instructors to divide the group if necessary if trainees wish to move
on to practice on quiet side roads.

more info is on

http://groups.google.com/group/recyke-y-bike-adult-cycle-training-

including a map and directions to RYB.

We organise taster sessions every month so if you can't make this one
please keep an eye on the link above for info on October's taster.

to help organise our instructors (and buy in enough biscuits) it would
be helpful if you could confirm your attendance at this session.

please let me know if you need any more information
thanks
