Good morning everyone,

Attached you will find an updated piece on preserving the litter fund and an updated key legislative contact chart. Please focus on Delegates Putney, Cox, Sherwood, Landes, Jones, and Joannou. As of today, we do not know when the budget may be discussed but it would be beneficial to start focusing on key members now!

Denny would like to setup two conference calls one at 8:00am and the other at 10:00am tomorrow.

He would like to update us and give us helpful information. We are getting down to the wire so we need to stay the course .

I will not be able to make either of these calls as I will be on the road. But please, someone take notes and update the group asap after the calls.

PS can we get an update from Denny on what is happening with HB49—the reorg bill regarding the Fund Board. that we thought we had covered and then went to joint conference?
