Accessing the dataset with an approved account

Hello.

I finally got the Twitter dev account, but I still can't access the data.

Even though the official submission is over, I would like to test my idea to improve fairness in the recommendation. 

My Twitter account name is cvlab2.

The current download page says that "Your Twitter Developer API registration has not yet been approved/you have not applied for it. You will be able to enter a submission once this is done."

Does anyone know a way to solve it?
