Please find below the responsibilities and requirements for the role:

 

Responsibilities:

·       Source potential candidates from different job boards

·       Work experience of at least 1 -4 years as a US IT Recruiter is a must.

·       Understanding the sourcing needs of the Client and fulfilling them.

·       Schedule interviews of shortlisted candidates with the tech team

·       Share the updates with the candidates and keep them warm

 

Job Requirement:

·       Proven work experience as a US Technical Recruiter

·       Solid experience working on US job boards

·       Well versed with tax terms and the US Market.

·       Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

·       Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

CTC: Best in the Industry (Based on current CTC)

Location: Hyderabad (Remote till Covid)
