Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant – OpenText to join our enterprise solutions team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on experience in OpenText solutions, including design, implementation, customization, and integration with enterprise applications. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong consulting capabilities, and the ability to partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver high-value solutions.
This position will require 3 days on-site work at either our Miramar, FL or Dallas, TX office, with flexibility for remote work the remainder of the week.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Delivery
· Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of OpenText Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Extended ECM solutions.
· Provide expertise in OpenText Documentum, Content Suite, Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), Archive Center, and xECM integrations.
· Develop technical architectures that align with business processes and compliance requirements.
· Guide clients through best practices in content lifecycle management, security, and governance.
Integration & Ecosystem
· Integrate OpenText with SAP, SuccessFactors, Salesforce, ERP, and other enterprise platforms.
· Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure seamless system performance.
· Provide recommendations on automation, cloud migration, and performance optimization.
· Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement
· Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions with strategic goals.
· Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions with clients and internal teams.
· Advise leadership on OpenText roadmap, licensing, and upgrade strategies.
· Project Leadership
· Serve as a technical lead or senior consultant across multiple concurrent projects.
· Mentor junior consultants and support team capability building.
· Manage risks, issues, and escalations, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
Qualifications & Experience
· 10+ years of experience delivering OpenText ECM, Content Suite, Documentum, VIM, or xECM solutions.
· Strong expertise in SAP-OpenText integrations and enterprise-scale deployments.
· Hands-on experience with cloud and on-premise architectures.
· Proven experience in consulting roles with direct client engagement.
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
· Relevant certifications in OpenText or related technologies are a plus.
