Title: Crew Business Analyst

Location: Dallas,TX

Duration: 6 Months+

 

Job Description:

·         Under general direction with minimal oversight, delineates requirements to solve complex business problems using differing technologies and systems views across multiple functional domains on high profile and/or mission critical efforts and projects.

·         Advanced ability to plan strategically for current and future business environments, including future technology and business design changes to create flexible solutions.

·         Creates process engineering and/or business flow assessments to ensure appropriate reengineering of solutions.

·         Develops complex service models and prototypes, creates and implements customer feedback mechanisms, uses knowledge of human factors engineering principles.

·         Creates Business Plans/supports (including business cases) to assure plans meet company goals and integrates these with technical programs and project plans.

·         Excellent written and verbal communications skills, to serve as lead conduit between developers, architects, designers and with external and internal customers.

·         Provides functional/technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.

·         Provides consultation to users in detailed functionalities of automated systems.

·         May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

·         Advanced knowledge of systems flows, engineering documentation, tools and architecture concepts required.

·         Supports Development staff by assisting with functionality questions, addressing testing issues, training on new products and all delivery planning aspects for deployment of a service or product, as assigned.

EDUCATION:

 Bachelor's degree or equivalent

EXPERIENCE:

·         Minimum 5 years related experience.

·         Excellent computer software skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

·         Airline back ground in crew scheduling or flight operations
