Title: Data Architect/Cloud Architect– AWS/Python
Location: Tampa, FL(Onsite)
Duration: Long Term

Responsibilities:
- Write high quality, well tested code to meet
the needs of your clients (Java, Python)
- Contribute to end-to-end data architecture
and solutions
- Design data models for optimal storage &
retrieval and integrate with enterprise Data Catalog to register metadata
- Devise data quality checks to ensure high
quality of data
- Write and review technical documents,
including design, requirements, and process documentation
- Manage individual projects priorities,
deadlines, and deliverables with your technical expertise
- Identify problem causality, business impact
and root causes
- Appropriately assess risk when business
decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's
reputation and safeguarding Client, its clients and assets, by driving
compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to
Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour,
conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting
control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a Software
Engineering role for designing and/or building the solution for AWS.
- Experience in creating large scale data
processing pipelines for streaming and computing with data technologies
such as any of the following: AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Kafka, Spark,
Flink, Hadoop or similar
- Good working knowledge of containers
(Kubernetes/OpenShift/EKS or similar) and experience building cloud native
applications that run on containers
- Proficiency in at least one of the following
programming languages: Java, Scala, Python, Go.
- Certification in AWS is highly desirable
- Knowledge in any ANSI SQL
- Experience with AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, AWS S3
- Build Complex SQL queries for data Analysis
using Athena\Starburst
- Familiarity with Domain Driven Design and
Event Driven Architecture
- Experience in modern microservices
architectures and deployments
- Experience working with relational/NoSQL
databases
- Ability to communicate thoughtfully,
demonstrating problem-solving skills and a learning mentality to build long-term
relationships
- Experienced in dealing with Sr audience and
be able present technical material to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated analytic/diagnostic skills
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and
partner with virtual teams
- Ability to work independently, multi-task,
and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative
- Ability to work under pressure and manage to
tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Proven track record of operational process
changes and improvement
Education:
- Bachelor’s
degree/University degree or equivalent experience
