Title: RPA Solutions
Business Analyst

The RPA Solutions Analyst will be a
key resource within the Global Investment Support Robotic Automation Program
and will provide subject matter expertise on complex robotics process
automation (RPA) initiatives. S/he will collaborate with business stakeholders
to understand and advise on business processes to define RPA solutions. S/he
will provide direction to RPA Offshore Developers on the development and
implementation of RPA solutions.
Principal Responsibilities
- Utilizing deep experience and knowledge to
lead various types of interviews, meetings or workshops with business unit
subject matter experts to define and design automation solutions.
- Analyze business processes, identify
automation opportunities, define RPA value proposition, reengineer process
to improve automation potential and recommend RPA approach/strategy.
- Leads and/or participates in the development
process, including constructing and maintaining efficient.
- Creates, edits, revises and finalizes life
cycle deliverables such as requirements specifications and solution design
documents.
- Coordinates sign-off approvals by business
and/or technical staff to certify successful results of milestone
deliverable(s) or phase completion, including program development and
deployment.
Job Requirements:
- Five or more years of operations support and
process management experience within the asset management or financial
services industry, specific experience with requirements gathering related
to RPA processing preferred but not necessary.
- Experience with configuring Robotic Process
Automation tool, Automation Anywhere or other tools such as Blue Prism or
UiPath) is plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and
management skills. Experience designing and delivering presentations and
training to diverse audiences, including senior management, technical and
non-technical personnel
- Extensive experience in Agile project
lifecycle management.
- Strong technical, analytical, and business
knowledge. Excellent technical understanding of underlying relevant
technical architecture and business processes.
- Strong project management skills, proven
analytical skills and demonstrated ability to make independent decisions.
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as
circumstances warrant.
- Experience with Xceptor in constructing
automations for manual business processes a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technology
preferred.
