Job Description:
We are seeking three highly skilled and motivated Node.js and Python Developers to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for coding, a deep understanding of server-side logic, and experience in building robust web applications. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions using Node.js and
Python.
Key Responsibilities:
Software Development:
· Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Node.js and Python.
· Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
· Develop server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
· Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
API Development:
· Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support various functionalities of the web applications.
· Ensure the security and scalability of the APIs.
· Collaborate with third-party services and integrate external APIs as needed.
Database Management:
· Design and manage databases to ensure data integrity, security, and performance.
· Write efficient database queries and optimize existing queries for performance.
· Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases, as appropriate.
Testing and Debugging:
· Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the applications.
· Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues.
· Implement automated testing frameworks to streamline the testing process.
Collaboration and Communication:
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
· Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality.
· Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates on progress.
Continuous Improvement:
· Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
· Continuously improve your coding skills and contribute to the overall improvement of the development process.
· Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
· Proven experience as a Node.js and Python Developer.
· Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Python, with in-depth knowledge of Node.js frameworks (Express.js, Koa, etc.) and Python frameworks (Django, Flask, etc.).
· Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
· Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
· Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
· Proficiency in version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services.
· Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
· Familiarity with microservices architecture.
· Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools (Jest, Mocha, PyTest, etc.).
· Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).
