L3 Support - Java
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Mainly responsible for providing L3 or Tech support to Regional ETF Operations team.
· Responsible for acting proactively on Incidents find root cause of the issue and assist Ops in completing their daily business activities with Zero business impact
· Responsible for closing assigned Incidents
· Responsible for identifying redundant manual activities or pain areas and plan automation
· Expected to be interacting with Business Analysts, Operations and L2 Production support team
· Responsible for stability of Production environment
· Develop or implement any Tech mandatory Jira's
· Other responsibilities as required
Requirements:
· Must know: Core Java, Multithreading and Core SQL
· Preferred: Experience with Core Java patterns, Spring MVC, Hibernate, Unix/Linux scripting
· Experience with Jira, confluence, GIT
