Who are we looking for?

·         A strong application support Engineer with hands on experience of support and monitoring activities using different monitor tools.

 

Technical Skills:

·               Good Experience on support.

·               Need to handle business communication vocal/email.

·               Knowledge or certification on ITIL process.

·               SLA knowledge.

·               Attitude towards resolution.

·               Co-ordination with different teams.

·               Lead/Manage internal team.

 

Process Skills:

·               Knowledge of ITIL process.

 

Behavioral Skills:

·               Creative and effective in oral and written communication, ability to communicate with all stakeholders in distributed teams

·               Excellent analytic approach and problem solving technique

·               Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet deadlines

·               Strong organizational skills, including the ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment

 

Qualification:

·         B.E. background with relevant experience
