Job Description:
This role focuses on developing robust data pipelines that ingest, transform, and analyze large volumes of contact center interaction data, including transcripts, call metadata, and conversational analytics outputs.
  • Working closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and platform teams, the Data Engineer will enable reliable data processing pipelines that power customer experience analytics, conversational insights, and operational reporting within the CCAI ecosystem.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable data pipelines to ingest data from CCAI components such as call transcripts, conversation logs, chatbot interactions, and contact center platforms.
  • Build and maintain ETL/ELT workflows to transform raw interaction data into structured datasets for analytics and reporting.
  • Develop data processing pipelines for large-scale conversational data, including transcripts, intent classifications, and sentiment outputs.
  • Integrate data across systems such as CCAI, CRM platforms, telephony systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Ensure data quality, validation, and monitoring across all pipelines and datasets.
  • Optimize data pipelines and storage solutions for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency in cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers and analysts to ensure data is structured for conversation analytics, model training, and operational dashboards.
  • Implement data governance practices including schema management, access control, and lineage tracking.
  • Support near real-time and batch data ingestion workflows for contact center analytics and reporting.
