Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Generative AI Engineers to design and implement AI-driven solutions that improve efficiencies across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building production-ready LLM solutions using AWS technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy Generative AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock
• Develop and integrate foundation model workflows (prompting, tuning, evaluation)
• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Generate insights from structured and unstructured data using LLMs
• Integrate AI models with backend services, APIs, and enterprise workflows
• Collaborate with product, data, and cloud teams to deliver production-ready solutions
• Monitor, optimize, and improve model performance and reliability

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock (Mandatory)
• Experience building and deploying LLM-based solutions in production
• Strong AWS experience (Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.)
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG architectures
• Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions

Nice to Have

• Experience with SageMaker, vector databases, or semantic search
• Prior work on enterprise GenAI use cases (search, summarization, Q&A, insights)
• Exposure to AI governance, security, or responsible AI practices

Ideal Candidate

• 3–7+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering
• Proven experience building real-world GenAI solutions
• Comfortable working in fast-paced cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
