Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Implementation Lead to drive end-to-end ServiceNow implementations with a strong focus on ITSM and CMDB. This is a hands-on leadership role
responsible for platform configuration, architecture, integrations, implementation governance, and successful enterprise-wide deployment.
The ideal candidate will combine deep ServiceNow technical expertise with implementation leadership experience and a strong understanding of ITIL best practices.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Serve as the primary owner for ServiceNow delivery, ensuring project timelines, quality standards, and business objectives are achieved.

Configure and implement ServiceNow ITSM modules including:

Incident Management
-
Problem Management
-
Change Management
-
Request Management
-
Asset Management
-
CMDB
-
Design workflows, integrations, and platform architecture aligned with business requirements.

Lead CMDB implementation efforts, governance, and data quality initiatives.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Provide leadership and guidance to developers, administrators, and implementation partners.

Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, ITIL standards, and platform governance.

Support platform enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Define and monitor KPIs, adoption metrics, and implementation success criteria.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation and configuration experience.

Proven experience leading enterprise-level ServiceNow ITSM implementation projects.

Strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT Service Management processes.

Experience managing implementation teams, consultants, and vendor partners.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications

ITIL v4 Certification.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
-
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
-
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification.
-
Experience supporting global or multinational ServiceNow deployments.
-
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, enterprise architecture, and large-scale integrations.
