Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite SME who will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing NetSuite ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional and technical knowledge of NetSuite and be able to work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for NetSuite ERP across Finance, Supply Chain, and other business modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into NetSuite solutions and configurations.
• Lead NetSuite implementation, customization, integration, and optimization projects.
• Configure workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and forms in NetSuite.
• Work with technical teams to develop SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and integrations with third-party applications.
• Provide user training and support to internal teams and resolve system-related issues.
• Ensure system performance, data accuracy, and compliance with business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and external vendors for system improvements.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and documentation of processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience working with NetSuite ERP.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules such as Financials, Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, and CRM.
• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and saved searches.
• Experience with NetSuite implementation, configuration, and integration.
• Good understanding of business processes in finance and operations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite Certification (NetSuite ERP Consultant / NetSuite Administrator) is preferred.
• Experience with integration tools (Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.).
• Experience in data migration and system integration projects.
