Job Description:

We are seeking a Certified Epic HIM Analyst to manage Release of Information (ROI) and Identity modules. This role balances "Keep the Lights On" (KTLO) support with high-impact optimizations and special projects to ensure data integrity and HIPAA compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• System Support: Manage build, troubleshooting, and daily maintenance for ROI and Identity.
• MPI Integrity: Resolve potential duplicates, overlaps, and overlays in the Master Patient Index.
• Workflow Optimization: Streamline record disclosure processes and refine patient-matching logic.
• Compliance: Ensure workflows meet Cures Act and HIPAA standards.
• Cross-Functional Lead: Serve as the SME for HIM integration with Prelude and Clinical teams.

Required Qualifications

• Certifications: Current Epic Certification in HIM Release of Information AND Identity.
• Experience: 3+ years of Epic build/analysis experience.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Deterministic/Probabilistic matching and ROI requester/fee schedule configuration.
