Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: 10+ years of experience in SAP Project Management (Fixed Price, Milestone, and T&M/Staffing).
• SAP Background: Preferred 5+ years of SAP experience in a functional or technical (non-PM) role.
• Project Ownership: Manage end-to-end delivery and "roll up your sleeves" when necessary.
• Oversight: Lead the execution phase from design and build to testing and post-go-live support.
• Customer Leadership: Manage steering committee meetings and program-level discussions.
• Governance & Quality: Establish effective program governance and ensure adherence to internal Delivery Excellence processes.
• Profitability: Maintain account healthy margins (Sold vs. Delivered).
• Mentorship: Mentor junior Project Managers and manage internal/external partner collaborations.
