Job Description:

  • Lead the modernization of Phibro’s data platform using Microsoft Fabric, Delta Lake, and medallion architecture.
  • Drive migration of legacy SQL Server/SSIS processes into Fabric-native pipelines, notebooks, Lakehouses, and Warehouses.
  • Define architecture, CDC strategy, schema evolution, and SCD Type 2 standards across ingestion layers.
  • Optimize Spark notebooks, Fabric pipelines, Delta tables, and warehouse SQL workloads for performance and cost.
  • Design scalable enterprise data models across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations.
  • Support MDM modernization including Customer Master and Business Unit Master.
  • Strengthen data governance, lineage, and quality with Purview.
  • Partner with business teams to support analytics needs and month-end close.
  • Provide guidance on platform strategy, capacity planning, and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft and other vendors on engineering, troubleshooting, and roadmap planning.
