Job Description:

• This is a SAP S4/Hana HR SME can help provide consulting services for integration between SAP S4 HANA HR and ServiceNow for customer use cases such as onboarding etc.
• We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA HR SME to lead consulting and integration efforts for our HR transformation projects. The primary focus of this role is to bridge the gap between SAP S/4HANA HCM/Payroll and ServiceNow, specifically optimizing cross-platform workflows such as employee onboarding and offboarding. The ideal candidate must hold active SAP certifications in both Core HCM and Payroll for S/4HANA

Required Qualifications & Certifications

• Mandatory Certification 1: C_THR12_2311 – SAP Certified Associate: SAP HCM for SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
• Mandatory Certification 2: C_HCMP_2311 – SAP Certified Application Associate: SAP S/4HANA Payroll.
• Technical Skills: Deep expertise in SAP HCM, Payroll, and experience with SAP BTP / Cloud Integration.
• Platform Knowledge: Strong functional understanding of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and how it syncs with ERP data
