Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Gather requirements through interviews and documentation. Translates business needs into functional specs without AI-assisted mapping.
Key Responsibilities:
Elicit and document requirements via stakeholder interviews, workshops, and artifact review.
Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Create process flows, wireframes, and backlog refinement materials.
Support prioritization by clarifying scope, dependencies, and value/effort tradeoffs.
Maintain JIRA/Confluence hygiene: epics, stories, definitions, and traceability.
Partner with engineering and QA to ensure delivered features match intent and are measurable.
Required Qualifications: 5+ years as a Business Analyst/Product Analyst in software delivery environments.
Healthcare Domain: Direct experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or UHG-specific business processes.
Strong writing skills: clear requirements, specs, and structured communication.
Experience with Agile tooling (JIRA) and documentation platforms (Confluence).
Ability to create wireframes/process flows and communicate with technical teams.
Comfort working across multiple stakeholders and managing ambiguity.
Preferred /Nice to Have:
Experience with AI/ML product requirements (evaluation metrics, human-in-the-loop workflows).
Experience with analytics to define KPIs and instrument product telemetry.
