Major Responsibilities:
- Using programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, etc. to develop software according to design
- Designs and develops code with emphasis on minimizing maintenance and enhancing existing systems
- Writes and completes unit tests, performs manual testing, and debugging
- Sets up CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment
- Manages and tracks changes to codebase via proper change ticket processes
- Identifies and fixes bugs or issues in production environment
- Evaluates business requirements and high-level designs for proper solutions
- Assesses feasibility of software features based on business requirements and technical constraints
- Escalation of issues and facilitation of technical sessions with resolution
- Diagnoses and troubleshoots complex integrations and data components
- Develops and supports activities, small enhancements, and projects
- Proactively learns and utilizes new technologies, concepts, and procedures
- Stays informed of current industry trends and emerging practices
- Develops and documents framework for integration and changes to technical standards
- Explains technical aspects and progress to non-technical stakeholders
- Participates actively in Scrum ceremonies — sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives
