Role: Project Manager (R&D or Product Development)

The
Project Manager – R&D will lead new product and feature introduction
(NPI/NFI) initiatives from concept through commercialization. This role is
responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing cross-functional projects
to deliver innovative products and features aligned with business goals,
quality standards, budget, and timeline.
5–8+ years of experience in
project or program management within R&D or product development
environments.
Lead end-to-end NPI/NFI projects from
concept, development, validation to launch
Develop and manage project plans,
schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
Track milestones, dependencies, and
critical paths to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with R&D, Engineering,
Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Marketing teams.
Facilitate design reviews, stage-gate
reviews, and project status meetings.
Act as the primary point of contact
for project communications and escalations.
Partner with R&D and engineering
teams to translate requirements into execution plans.
Support prototype builds, testing,
verification, validation, and pilot production.
Ensure technical deliverables meet
defined requirements and standards.
Identify and mitigate technical,
schedule, cost, and supply chain risks.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory,
quality, and internal processes.
Support change management,
documentation, and product lifecycle management activities.
Provide clear and timely
communication to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Prepare dashboards, reports, and
executive presentations on project status.
Improve NPI/NFI processes, tools, and
best practices for future programs.
Capture lessons learned and applied
them to enhance execution efficiency.
Participate in new product
introduction (NPI) projects for sourcing new components.
