Job Description:
Tasks: Need to support (day-to-day issue resolution, nightly on-call
support if required, business user issue resolution, minor
enhancements etc.) PeopleSoft HCM, ELM & EPM applications. Modules in
HCM include Core HR, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, North
American Payroll, Time & Labor. EPM has only Budgeting module. ELM is
implemented recently.

Mandatory Skills:
Technical: Sound knowledge on PeopleTools (Application Engine,
PeopleCode, Integration Broker, Workflow, Application Messaging,
Application Designer), SQR
Functional: Good understanding on Payroll, HR, Benefits, Recruitment
and Time & Labor modules.
Others: Good oral and written communication skills, client interaction
skills
Desirable Skills: Knowledge of EPM (Enterprise Performance Management)
& ELM (Enterprise Learning Management) as we also support these
applications.
