Location: Cupertino, CA

Duration: 4 +Months

Experience : >3 yrs in SAP and with a Domain experience in service
management.


Roles and Responsibilities :
Develop functional specifications
Review the technical specifications
Provide clarifications on the technical specifications to obtain sign-
off
Adherence to quality standards defined for the project
Process analysis & diagnostics
Process re-engineering & re-design business processes
Bring in industry/best practice knowledge
Define supporting organization structure
Identify & analyze KPIs
Support change management activities
Work closely with SAP functional consultants while defining business
blueprint
Project monitoring and Status reporting
Scheduling weekly project review meetings


Skill requirement
Good Knowledge in Customer Service module.
Experience in different types of Service notifications.
Good knowledge in warranty management
Proficiency in Service Quotations and Service orders , Material serial
numbers and equipment, Service contracts,
Need expertise on Coverage validation, Subscriptions, Auto- Enrollment
with knowledge on User exits, Technical objects, System/user status
and standard FMs in SM
