Job Description:
ESM Monitoring Tools Administrator:
JD:
- Responsible for installing / configuring / administering Enterprise
System Management (ESM) tools listed below.
- Responsible for setting up threshold based / event based alerts
- Responsible for automating repetitive administration tasks
- Work with database administrators, UNIX system administrators,
Windows System administrators, Network administrators in setting up/
administering alerts/events/notifications.

Required:
- Should have worked as an administrator providing support to the
following Enterprise Systems Management (ESM) tools & handled the
responsibilities
- Should have very good understanding of the IT infrastructure area
(Server hardware, OS Windows, Solaris, HPUX etc, Networks, LAN, WAN)
- Good knowledge of following ESM tools is required
- Good communication skills, effective interaction with various
support teams is required
