Role - Technical Lead – Trading & Tax Lot Harvesting (Agentic AI, .NET, AWS, Angular)

Location: Fort Mill SC (OnSite)
Experience: 10–12+ years

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to build an intelligent Tax Lot Harvesting capability within a trading platform. This role will lead the design of AI-powered decisioning features and ensure seamless integration with Angular-based UI to deliver intuitive, insight-driven user experiences for advisors and traders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Tax Lot Harvesting capabilities
• Architect scalable solutions using .NET, AWS, and Angular-based front-end integration
• Define interaction patterns between agentic AI services and Angular UI (APIs, real-time insights, UX flows)
• Enable natural-language-driven insights surfaced through intuitive UI components
• Design systems to identify tax optimization opportunities (gain/loss harvesting, drift, cash)
• Ensure seamless embedding of intelligence into Order Entry workflows and UI
• Drive engineering best practices across backend and frontend integration
• Mentor team members across full-stack (backend + Angular) development

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience
• 7+ years of strong experience in .NET (C#, APIs, microservices)
• Working knowledge of Angular (UI integration, API consumption, component design)
• Strong experience in trading systems (Order Entry, portfolio workflows)
• Proven experience with agentic AI / AI-driven applications
• Strong AWS experience (must-have)
• Understanding of tax lot accounting or portfolio tax optimization concepts
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect / Developer
• Experience designing data-driven UI/UX for analytics or decision-support systems
• Familiarity with real-time UI updates (WebSockets, streaming data)
• Experience with financial advisory or wealth platforms
