Job Title: Guidewire Test Lead

Client: Qualizeal (end client name will be shared after Qualizeal selection)

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid - 2 days work from office)


Duration: Long Term

Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end (E2E) testing efforts for Guidewire applications, including planning, execution, and reporting.
Drive the conversations with architect, technical and product teams and help define Non-Functional Requirements for Guidewire applications and legacy systems
Be able to work with GW product teams and provide recommendation of baseline product SLA’s
Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
Develop and maintain testing scripts for regression testing and continuous integration.
Defect management, test execution and reporting
Skills required:
Proven experience in Guidewire QA with a focus on end-to-end testing.
Technical proficiency, with the ability to understand end-to-end (E2E) functional flows across Guidewire Center (Policy Center, Billing Center, and Claim Center).
Hands on test experience of Guidewire platform using LoadRunner, JMeter, Ready API, Dynatrace, Splunk & Data Dog
Hands-on Experience in Agile Testing methodologies and processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Stay current with industry best practices and trends in Guidewire testing methodologies.
Preferred: domain knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance.
