- Support the Field Service Engineering teams for installation/commissioning and repairs in the UK
- Provide installation, support and commissioning engineering resource in the field, world-wide at times at short notice
- Be the first point of contact for customers prior to carrying out field duties
- Prepare test equipment/tools/spares/installation materials prior to mobilisation, this may entail short notice being given
- Provide accurate and detailed technical reports for all activities and give feedback to facilitate future service planning and improvements
- Maintain inventory of materials and test equipment held and to record usage and reinstatement
- Ensure technical knowledge and familiarisation with company products is maintained
- Educated to degree level in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and or IT systems
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills
- Must enjoy being hands on and being able to work under own initiative.
- Be up to date with the Latest technology, IT and computer skills
- Positive can-do attitude
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
