3.       Land Surveyor                               : 2 – 5 yrs. Exp.

4.       Architect                                          : 2 – 4 yrs. Exp.

6.       Planning Engineer                        : 5 -7 yrs. Exp.

7.       Const. Manager                            : 5 -10 yrs. Exp.

8.       Trade foreman-Carpenter       : (5 Nos.)

9.       Trade foreman-Steel fixer       : (5 Nos.)
