Job Title: PeopleSoft NA Payroll Architect – Onsite (Interview Mode: Face-to-Face)

Must-Have Skills:

·         Strong hands-on experience in PeopleSoft NA Payroll with complex customizations

·         Architecting enhancements for Payroll & Benefits and integration with Finance modules

·         Expertise in PeopleTools:

1. Application Designer
2. PeopleCode
3. Application Engine
4. Integration Broker
5. Component Interfaces
6. SQR, PS Query, BI/XML Publisher

·         SQL Server administration and support on Windows & Linux (RHEL)

·         Experience integrating Workday and Informatica with PeopleSoft

Nice-to-Have Skills:

·         Handling payroll-related inquiries and resolving discrepancies

·         Strong functional + technical exposure in payroll processing

Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead and manage full SDLC activities: design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance

·         Architect and deliver enterprise payroll solutions

·         Communicate complex technical solutions to business, technical, and management teams

·         Work effectively in a global delivery environment
