Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP Crystal Reports for commissions and business reporting.
  
• Analyze commissions data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely processing.
  
• Work with business users to gather reporting requirements and deliver customized reports.
  
• Perform SQL queries, data extraction, validation, and reconciliation. Troubleshoot reporting and data issues and provide timely resolutions.
  
• Support reporting enhancements, system upgrades, and ongoing maintenance activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting efficiency and data quality.
  
• Prepare documentation and maintain reporting standards and best practices.
