Title: Network Engineer
Location: Denver, CO (Onsite)
Implementation: Infosys

NEED ONLY USC AND GC 


Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of NetScout probes and tools (nGeniusONE, Infinistream/ISNG, nGeniusPULSE, etc.).
Support device onboarding including adding new network elements, interfaces, IPs, VLANs, and monitoring profiles.
Configure and validate network protocols (DOCSIS, IP, Ethernet, VoIP/SIP, DNS, DHCP, video delivery, etc.) within Netscout monitoring systems.
Work with cross‑functional Charter teams to integrate new services and ensure accurate visibility in Netscout dashboards.
Troubleshoot performance issues, data gaps, appliance alerts, and collection anomalies.
Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and configuration documentation for operational support.
Perform regular health checks, system audits, and capacity checks for Netscout environments.
Required Skills & Experience
3–7 years of experience in network performance monitoring, preferably with NetScout probe and nGenius platforms.
Strong understanding of IP networking, TCP/UDP, L2/L3 protocols, routing basics, and packet analysis.
Hands‑on experience with packet capture, DPI analysis, and network troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Linux, SSH, CLI tools, and system‑level debugging.
Good understanding of cable/MSO network technologies (DOCSIS, CMTS, vCMTS) is a plus.
