Oracle EPM Consultant
Duration: 6 Months (Contract)
Location: Remote with Weekly Travel to Florida (Client Site)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant with a strong background in the Engineering and Construction domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Oracle Planning and Budgeting modules, with experience across both Oracle Fusion and E-Business Suite (EBS) environments. This role requires close collaboration with client stakeholders and regular on-site engagement in Florida.
Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support Oracle EPM Planning and Budgeting solutions.
Work closely with Finance and Project teams to design and optimize budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Integrate EPM applications with Oracle Fusion Cloud and EBS systems.
Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and provide functional/technical documentation.
Develop and deliver training and support materials for end-users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and adherence to business goals.
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience as an Oracle EPM Consultant.
Strong experience in Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS).
Proven track record with Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS financial modules.
Experience working in or supporting Engineering / Construction industry clients.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Ability and willingness to travel weekly to Florida for client meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
Oracle EPM certification(s).
Prior consulting experience with major system integrators.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
