Responsibilities: 
The Lead Java Full Stack Developer is a hands-on technical leader responsible for building and modernizing enterprise web applications using Java (JEE/Spring Boot) and React, while guiding a scrum team on engineering best practices, design standards, and delivery excellence.
The role leads technical design, drives code quality through reviews and testing, and collaborates with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet functional, performance, and security requirements.
To ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/review
