JOB DESCRIPTION

Healthcare Domain

Member/provider experience and integration testing across CRM, IVR, ESB/Middleware, and healthcare interoperability platforms.

Required Skills

  • Facets (Required) – integration-level knowledge including eligibility, benefits, and claims data validation through APIs and middleware layers
  • Strong experience in CRM and Contact Center testing
  • Hands-on experience with IVR testing, workflows, call routing, and customer interaction validation
  • API Testing (REST/SOAP)
  • ESB/Middleware testing including routing, transformation, payload validation, and error handling
  • Healthcare interoperability standards including FHIR R4 and HL7
  • CMS interoperability mandates including Patient Access API and Provider Directory API
  • Strong SQL skills for cross-system data validation
  • Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Agile/Scrum delivery experience

Preferred Technologies

  • Salesforce CRM or Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • MuleSoft, IBM Integration Bus, or equivalent middleware platforms

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end CXP Quality Engineering outcomes across CRM, IVR, ESB, and Interoperability workstreams.
  • Define and drive test strategy, test planning, and quality governance across integrated platforms.
  • Serve as the primary client-facing QE lead and trusted advisor for quality initiatives.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement across Member Services, IT Architecture, Product, Operations, and Interoperability teams.
  • Drive validation of CMS interoperability requirements, including Patient Access API and Provider Directory API compliance.
  • Coordinate testing activities across CRM, IVR, middleware, and partner integration ecosystems.
  • Manage vendor coordination across CRM, ESB, IVR, and interoperability platforms.
  • Lead UAT planning, execution support, defect triage, and business signoff activities.
  • Own go-live readiness assessments, production validation, and hypercare support.
  • Drive automation strategy, quality metrics, defect trend analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead risk identification, mitigation planning, and executive-level quality reporting.
  • Contribute to QBRs through quality metrics, defect analysis, test coverage reporting, and delivery insights.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and direction to distributed QE teams.
  • Ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions while maintaining regulatory compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.
